I really liked the way that some of the lily pads were 'sinking' into the water, 

and I liked the vibrancy of the colors of the lily pads and the water.  

Water always takes on the sky and cloud colors and that is the neat thing about painting water.

 Custom Made Wood Floater Black Frame come with it.  Edges are painted.  

This is a true plein air painting and even includes a tiny bug, completely painting on site.  

It was a very nice day in early summer in New England, Ipswich MA to be exact.   

It comes with a custom made black floater frame in maple or poplar that compliments the blue of the painting.  It is 1 1/2" deep and can stand on its own.  It is wired as well for hanging.  

The painting is a 9x12" stretched wrapped canvas, professional quality paints and painted on the sides.
